The only reason why I came back was to help a friend. Justin has absolutely no concept of time management. On multiple occasions, there is only one personnel working (while it’s busy) and on this particular day he had me sit and wait behind people who were doing the tedious job picking and purchasing glasses — I was only picking up. Definitely won’t be back if people can’t work smarter and not harder.

I got two pair of glasses from them and I love them both will be going back in a few days to get another a another pair or two

I called the other day to ask questions about insurance and glasses plans. Mrs. Cheryl was more than please to answer my questions and even gave me a call back to follow up. I did get seen almost two years ago by the old optometrist that used to work there with his wife. he was very rude and would talk your ear off and your appointment would end up being 3 hours while people were in the waiting room getting ready to be seen. New people have recently taken over and I have high hopes for it to be way better.

Refused to help me with my request over the phone to verify warranty. No wonder their ratings are so low. More and more I refuse to go to any Norfolk Walmarts.
