The best vision/optical store in the mid-south. They are always helpful and knowledgeable.
I went to the vision center on Saturday morning at 9 am to pick up my glasses, I was told by the worker that she wasn’t licensed to give me my glasses. Why have her there if she can’t pass out glasses? A waste of her time and mine!!!! Do better!!! The Vision Center should’ve been closed! I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer that was very upset that day. The worker was very nice, I didn’t get her name but she had blue eyes.
Everyone needs to make thier way down to the eye vision center to see ms Erica and the rest of the staff.

They said they took my kids insurance but after the exam they said they didn't actually take their insurance. He didn't charge me for the exam but I still had to go somewhere else for my kids contacts and glasses which meant I completely wasted my time going here. Then they messed my glasses and contact Rx up and then charged me for a 2nd contact fitting without me asking for that. I waited and waited for contacts to come in and then found out they were never actually ordered.
