I was a procrastinating HSA customer in the closing hour of New Year's Eve and Jameisha gave me as much professional attention as if I had been the first customer of the day. Very pleased with her level of customer service, along with the value I received with my glasses. Thank you!
I was greeted by a lovely lady and treated very well. It turned out I needed an eye exam so my appointment was made for the following week.
It literally says walk ins welcome on the door. I was fully prepared to sit and wait my turn. I was a previous patient who just needed an exam and a new prescription because my eyesight has gotten worse. The dr asked me what I needed done today as I was waiting, I told him and he said well thats what we do here. Precedes to wait another twenty minutes letting me sit then saying oh you are a walk in and you have insurance. We are just too busy. We can't see you today.
