I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart Vision Center. Tracy, Dr. Carl’s assistant, had a dismissive tone during our conversation. Instead of working to resolve the issue, she kept deflecting and seemed more focused on placing blame on me rather than acknowledging the problem could be on their end. Dr. Carl’s validation of her behavior made the situation worse. Instead of addressing my concerns, he emphasized her years of loyalty over offering a resolution or apology for the inconvenience caused.
Awesome!. Is all I can say about the top shelf care we received at this Walmart Vision. Mrs Barbra and the rest of the staff were very nice and very helpful 👍.
Bought 2 pair of glasses one I had to replace lenses after first month defect . Now a year later the other pair all the shadowing is stripping off of the sun glasses . Stoped in store out of warranty by 3 days . Willing to sell me new lenses for 350 . Beware warranty is at time of purchase not the three weeks it took them to make and you have them . I even paid for the extra warranty . Thanks Walmart never again .... Customer service at its best ....

I went to the doctor to get an eye exam. I told him that I felt that I did not need the progressive because when I read a book I have to take my glasses off. He gave me another prescription with out the progressive. I went to get my lens today and could not see anything on my computer. I work on my computer all day long. I went back to Walmart and I told the lady that I could not see my computer and maybe since I took the progressive off that might be the problem. She agreed.
