Great experience at the Walmart Vision Center! The staff were kind, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Stephen and Mara for making each visit easy and pleasant.
I've been here a few times over the last 2 years, and I've never had a complaint. I've worked with Mara, Stephen, and more recently, Jeramiah. They are all very knowledgeable and considerate. Most corporate employees nowadays feel like robotic salesmen. These fine folks take the time to genuinely listen and help solve your problem as efficiently as possible without pinching at your wallet. I always feel heard and respected no matter what. I won't be getting glasses anywhere else.
Jeramiah was amazing at answering all my questions. He was so kind and genuinely wanted to help. I appreciate the quality customer service.
Mara has always been incredibly patient, kind, informed, and professional. I've been shopping here for a couple of years, and she has helped me every time I've stopped in without fail or complication. I will continue to do business with her for as long as she runs the place!
