They screwed up with my insurance. I have full coverage why am I receiving a bill for 37 dollars???? I paid extra at my exam for better lenses that was 37 dollars so why am I being charged again?? I’m sitting here on hold with the billing department for over an hour and still no answer. This needs to be fixed ASAP you guys are so unprofessional

Long time customer. Excellent service. Can get busy at times but they are affordable and are friendly to interact with.

We had an appt at 230pm. The eye doctor wasn’t there. In fact, the person that had an appt before me hadn’t been seen yet! No explanation given. I just walked out. They clearly don’t care because the same thing happened last time and I thought I’d give them another chance. Never again.

Tried rescheduling and appointment. Had to speak to two different people to do so. The customer care representative that tried rescheduling my appointment had poor communication skill, the person had a poor attitude. I felt like I was bothering them to receive basic services.
