We had the opportunity to visit Walmart optical on Gatlin to purchase new glasses. We were blessed to be assisted by Diane. Diane is truly a jewel...her personality is larger than her. She is very warm and outgoing and puts you at ease. Most of all her customer service skills are the very best. She takes the time to really get to know her customers and explains the process as it develops. She listens..and she makes things so simple and easy. They screwed up with my insurance. I have full coverage why am I receiving a bill for 37 dollars???? I paid extra at my exam for better lenses that was 37 dollars so why am I being charged again?? I’m sitting here on hold with the billing department for over an hour and still no answer. This needs to be fixed ASAP you guys are so unprofessional
Long time customer. Excellent service. Can get busy at times but they are affordable and are friendly to interact with.
We had an appt at 230pm. The eye doctor wasn’t there. In fact, the person that had an appt before me hadn’t been seen yet! No explanation given. I just walked out. They clearly don’t care because the same thing happened last time and I thought I’d give them another chance. Never again.
