We had an appt at 230pm. The eye doctor wasn’t there. In fact, the person that had an appt before me hadn’t been seen yet! No explanation given. I just walked out. They clearly don’t care because the same thing happened last time and I thought I’d give them another chance. Never again.

Tried rescheduling and appointment. Had to speak to two different people to do so. The customer care representative that tried rescheduling my appointment had poor communication skill, the person had a poor attitude. I felt like I was bothering them to receive basic services.
The doctor has no idea what he’s doing at all. My daughter kept being given sample contacts that she can’t see out of and he keeps saying she has special vision. After 3 tries he did he didn’t have the contexts she needs. We will never come back again. Waste of our time and money. ,
It’s disappointing when you waste your time and you’re under a time crunch.
