I want to recognize an employee (Diane) at the Walmart Vision Center. She’s always been kind and professional. Recently, while my son and I waited for service, she handled an extremely rude customer with patience and grace. Lenses about 200 more than others. Won't tell me pupilary distance unless I buy them so I have to pay their high prices. Can just use an app for pupilary distance and order online for 1/3rd the cost. Can give rx but not pupilary distance for liability? Don't think so.
My kids and myself went to our appointment the end of January. We had our exams ad well as my son have a contact exam. Well, the exams went pretty bad, which we never experienced here before. They gave my son a bad prescription for lenses. So they ordered 2 trial pairs. So he went in to get them and it was too strong. Doctor told my son to try it for a week and if it's still bad come back and they'll do the exam again for free. My son went back for the new exam and they ordered him new lenses. We had the opportunity to visit Walmart optical on Gatlin to purchase new glasses. We were blessed to be assisted by Diane. Diane is truly a jewel...her personality is larger than her. She is very warm and outgoing and puts you at ease. Most of all her customer service skills are the very best.
