I had my eye exam with them last week. I felt like I was talking to a car salesman, or woman for that matter. The exam was ridiculous. I I was in and out of the actual exam room within five minutes. This was the worst exam I have ever had. I absolutely do not recommend her. The exam was done by Solita Bergelt optometric. Please think twice before you are going to get your eye exam completed by her. I should’ve known better because the place was already very unclean and did not look professional at all
Horrible service in the actual vision center, not the doctors office. They never have enough staff working to service anyone in a timely manner and when they do FINALLY service you the customer service is non-existent. To put it plainly, this vision center is GHET-TO!
