All they care about is money. Insisted I pay the full cost before being seen bcuz I hadn't met my deductible. I said I'd pay the Medicare fee schedule amount. Needless to say I wasn't seen. The billing staff/receptionist have no idea what they're doing, Medicare covers eyecare if there's a medical issue, not just basic eyecare. I've used Medicare at other Walmart eye clinics before w/no problem. It's also a filthy unkempt place.
My husband and I made appointments. We arrived early, completed the paperwork and discovered they did not take his insurance. He cancelled his appointment. 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment, I asked if it would be much longer, and the receptionist told me she cancelled me but didn’t bother to say anything. I can finally see again!! Ryan was very informative with what I needed and got me together quicker than expected. Highly recommend this location.
