This lady whoever works here, I told her I was coming to check out frames. She goes on break leaving me waiting for 20 mins. Need to communicate to customers better!
Dr Gustafson is amazing. She is personable, helpful and knowledgable. That being said, twice the staff in the front office have failed to order my contacts after I've placed an order. Which meant instead of waiting 10 days it took 3 weeks to get them. I feel for the inconvenience I should have been offered a discount of some sort. I'm usually a three strikes and your out, but in this case, it's two strikes. I will continue to see Dr. Britt, but I will no longer be ordering my lens from them.
Hands down the best Medical practice I have been associated with. Doctor's Viker and Gustafson have helped our family many times with a caring and compassionate attitude.
went there with missing screw and lens out they fixed it up and repaired my glasses better then new. they are totally awsome and great will never go anywhere else. Thanks
I have purchased multiple glasses from the Walmart Vision Center in Eden Prairie. Large frame selection at multiple price points. The service is great and the opticians are very friendly.
