Visited the optical center at Walmart near Harbison and was so impressed with how professional and helpful Jennifer was. She was very knowledgeable about our insurance and how to optimize the benefit of our insurance. She was so helpful in making sure I got the best frames for my face and budget! Thank you Jennifer!!

These women who work here are very disrespectful and incompetent! They don't know the rules of customer service, or do we have to treat them badly for them to respect us?
I stopped by to ask a yes or no question,, the representative was incompetent did not know her job, and another older lady was very rude and said wait in line I am busy, she continued to be disrespectful, I left very angry
