Great experience with the staff. Very clean and organized store and the staff member Kaitlin was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable, 6/5 stars. I was blind, but now I see!

These women who work here are very disrespectful and incompetent! They don't know the rules of customer service, or do we have to treat them badly for them to respect us?
I stopped by to ask a yes or no question,, the representative was incompetent did not know her job, and another older lady was very rude and said wait in line I am busy, she continued to be disrespectful, I left very angry
I had an incredible experience. Sher helped me figure out why my old glasses were hurting me. It’s because they were too big. Sher and Kaitlin helped me pick out new frames and get glasses that actually fit me. I love my new glasses. They came in after a week and fit so much better. No more aggravating glasses or pain. My husband and I came back to order him glasses because the service was so incredible. They really know what they are talking about. Kaitlin helped us get the most out of our insurance too. Highly recommend!
