Thank you very much! My son broke his glasses today in school and came home with a broken frame. Since I had them insured, I was in and out within minutes. Quick fix. Lailani pulled up the details of the glasses and helped us out greatly. She was just about to go on her break but saw the other Tech busy on the phone assisting another customer. The frame selection here is amazing and ALL of the associates are super helpful. I’ve already purchased 3 pair here in the last 7 months. I will continue to buy my glasses here and recommend them to all my friends and family!
Got to give the entire Vision crew awesome props. They all were very helpful - something you don't see too often. Special thanks to Lailani and Marco for their superb assistance with my vision needs. Will go to them again.
Yasser, Oscar, and Omar were outstanding with helping me and my whole family with glasses. They were patient and kind. Wonderful customer service. If we had questions, they were able to answer them.
