Thank you very much! My son broke his glasses today in school and came home with a broken frame. Since I had them insured, I was in and out within minutes. Quick fix. Lailani pulled up the details of the glasses and helped us out greatly. She was just about to go on her break but saw the other Tech busy on the phone assisting another customer.
