Kristen was there on a Sunday by her self and said she was in training? My husband ordered a pair of glasses, she rings us up, we pay- that was Sept. 4,2024. A week later we call and ask about glasses and she says oh they came in wrong, so I had to re-order..! She never bothered to call us! We have called several times and today she says they were shipped a week ago give it another 3 days! I said how come I have to call you?! Good service but I don't like the blue tint glasses the guy said I'd love. And it's hard to see peripheral with them.
