At the time, we decided not to add any extra warranty because she take good care of her glasses and trusted the quality of the work at their Vision Center. I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center and was assisted by Omar. This young gentlemen was very kind, patient and professional. He assisted me with selecting the correct frames and explained the warranty process. His friendly demeanor left me confident in my purchase. I will be referring everyone to him, thank you Omar!
As a life time user of glasses and contacts I had one of the best experiences with both the doctor and staff at this location. Dr. Thompson and Omar both made me feel well taken care of. They took their time to explain to me different options and choices with my insurance. I will definitely be back and continue to use this provider!
