As a life time user of glasses and contacts I had one of the best experiences with both the doctor and staff at this location. Dr. Thompson and Omar both made me feel well taken care of. They took their time to explain to me different options and choices with my insurance. I will definitely be back and continue to use this provider!
I went into this Walmart like I always do to get me groceries and supplies. It’s usually nothing special but this day, well this day was different. On the way out I noticed my glasses were scratched so I asked the employee, Omar, who turned out to be the manager, for some help. This man was so helpful it’s changed the way I see (literally!!) customer service. He helped me pick a style that fit my face and was also very patient. Always so nice and understanding every time I come to get my new lenses and in between when I just need them re adjusted. Very friendly Nathalie is usually who helps me. Very professional
Passed through on my way out of the store and inquired about pair of glasses. I have a script and was just fishing for information. Marta helped me by answering all my questions. Just from the genuine friendly professionalism I received from Marta and Omar, I went home got my script and headed back. Seyma help me with my order, didn't rush me choosing frames.
