Was very happy with my eye exam however they can keep track of what frames you pick out sent my husband in following week and they didn't remember nothing! Was told everything was written down
Went to look for a few pairs of glasses for myself and my girlfriend. After looking around and deciding on a few pairs I was "helped" by Judi, who was very rude and did not seem like she wanted to work. She was snippy when I gave her my eyeglass prescription, and was quick to say "Um this is for contacts not glasses" before realizing the eyeglass prescription was directly under the contacts one. I had planned on purchasing several pairs of glasses, but the older lady Judi had a very poor attitude and was quite obvious about not wanting to work. She had a lot of excuses not to help me even though she had nothing going on. Some of which made zero sense. She told me to come back another day. No one else was there besides her.
Great professional staff
I was thinking about using Quakertown Walmart for my next eyeglass purchase but when I went shopping with my wife I was standing in front of the eyeglass store waiting for my wife to finish at the registers and all I heard was the eyeglass staff complaining about another employee who was not there and not shy about being loud about this particular employee I was not particularly impressed by their demeanor and rudeness of being overly loud and I really didn’t want to hear about this employees situation ☹️
