I was thinking about using Quakertown Walmart for my next eyeglass purchase but when I went shopping with my wife I was standing in front of the eyeglass store waiting for my wife to finish at the registers and all I heard was the eyeglass staff complaining about another employee who was not there and not shy about being loud about this particular employee I was not particularly impressed by their demeanor and rudeness of being overly loud and I really didn’t want to hear about this employees situation ☹️
Entitled Karen chose to demand that I explained my personal life to her, so I decided to cancel all my appointments. I hope the doctor's okay with letting trash like this make them lose money.
Not even being a patient here, eye doctor took me in right away to help with an issue that was ignored by current doctor. Will be switching my family as I was super impressed!
Outstanding customer service. Helped me out of a jam and repaired my frames.
