My father who suffers from dementia has become a particularly difficult patient @ this optometry location and to their credit the staff have been consistently professional. Notably, Zoe who dealt with him yesterday, but also the optometrists who have strived to help him with his very difficult vision issues. Thank You

Was very happy with my eye exam however they can keep track of what frames you pick out sent my husband in following week and they didn't remember nothing! Was told everything was written down

Went to look for a few pairs of glasses for myself and my girlfriend. After looking around and deciding on a few pairs I was "helped" by Judi, who was very rude and did not seem like she wanted to work. She was snippy when I gave her my eyeglass prescription, and was quick to say "Um this is for contacts not glasses" before realizing the eyeglass prescription was directly under the contacts one. I had planned on purchasing several pairs of glasses, but the older lady Judi had a very poor attitude and was quite obvious about not wanting to work. She had a lot of excuses not to help me even though she had nothing going on. Some of which made zero sense. She told me to come back another day. No one else was there besides her.
