Very unhappy with with the wait is extremely long.... Ordered a pair of glasses there after getting my eye exam there waited a week to get my glasses could not see out of them because they messed up the prescription somehow the reception that waited on me was very RUDE!!!! I have been coming to this location for years. By appointment or walk-in, they are great. It is a small staff so there is usually some wait — usually one optometrist and one tech but they are great. The tech does it all front and back office — scheduling, insurance verification, phones in addition to back office procedures. I’m sure that’s how Walmart is able to offer such low pricing but there is one particular staffer that I have seen for over 10 years there and she knows how to efficiently run that practice. this particul... read more
