I hate to give this place a one star however I’ve never had horrible experience at this location till today. Last week we were greeted and treated right while selecting eyewear for my son who has never worn glasses before. Today we went in to pick them up and I was told any time between 9-6pm and upon arriving two ladies just sitting down chatting told me there was no one available to give me the glasses because neither of them had a license to do so. The staff is friendly. They fit me with the perfect glasses. I have best transition lenses ever.
Wow! This NEW STAFF IS KILLING IT! I came in to get glasses here a few years ago and had a horrendous experience long wait times messed up glasses overpriced and not to mention the man in there fighting screaming and cursing non stop. I have a new insurance now and has to come back. I must say WOW! What a turn around Rachel and her staff Rock. This was a very smooth ran operation very easy and quick. I am thankful for the level of professionalism and respect that I received. Thank you Rachel, AJ, Saleeta, and John.
Very unhappy with with the wait is extremely long.... Ordered a pair of glasses there after getting my eye exam there waited a week to get my glasses could not see out of them because they messed up the prescription somehow the reception that waited on me was very RUDE!!!!
