This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced! We have made 3 appts and everyone has been cancelled because the doctor was a no show!!! The third appt. that needed cancelled got all the way there and told us when we got there! Don’t even bother with a call this time. We are going somewhere else now but, three cancelled appts!! Seriously… even the doctor can’t keep it together?!
Walked in to find glasses. I was given an exceptional amount of attention and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. No complaints at all 😀
Made an appointment for an eye exam for 2:30 this afternoon. It is 3:15 and I am still waiting to be seen. I figured I would try this Walmart vision instead of going to my usual one in Papillion. There is one lady working the register and I have no idea what the eye doctor is doing. Never again.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely slow and rude. They refused to give me my pupillary distance reading to order glasses? It took close to 30 minutes to check out with them after my check up. I will be sticking with the 180th and center location from now on. They are great!
