The staff at Walmart Vision was SO wonderful. They were personable, knowledgeable, caring, & kind. They went above and beyond for my family & I. Compared to our recent visit with Cheatham Eye Care right next door, these two ladies, Jamie & Valerie I believe, were a GODSEND. We will be returning & would 10/10 recommend.
Was notified that my glasses were ready for pickup. Called to see what time they closed. Was told 5:00 that day but that she would be there until 6 the next day. Raced home from Nashville get there in time, just to be told that she wasn't authorized to dispense them so I couldn't pick them up. Already paid for, but couldn't pick them up. Pay the extra $$ and go to an actual vision center!
Valerie and Jamie are both absolutely amazing human beings. I came to get 2 pairs of glasses already having a prescription. I wear mainly contacts but like to alternate. They were both great in helping me select a new pair of frames while the other interacted with my son. They alternated helping and you can tell they work very well together.
