Very poor service.. they tell you one thing, then do other, very untrustworthy and definitely do not ever get anything done at this eye center… they have no doctor … just a person who does not know anything about orders or prescriptions! Took 3 weeks get my glasses and here we are 52 days later and my contacts still not ready and will not give me my script that is paid for!!! Get new jobs yall I hope the store shuts down for bad service and lies to get people to use your center!
Very friendly and helpful staff with my glasses, reasonable prize great selection!
Came in to look at frames. They were super busy and I had to wait for a little bit, but Ms. Robin helped me and she was worth the wait. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Top notch customer service, but those poor ladies need some help!
The staff at Walmart Vision was SO wonderful. They were personable, knowledgeable, caring, & kind. They went above and beyond for my family & I. Compared to our recent visit with Cheatham Eye Care right next door, these two ladies, Jamie & Valerie I believe, were a GODSEND. We will be returning & would 10/10 recommend.
