During our past visit to Kentucky my wife, Maria, had an emergency with her right eye. Got a very fast appt with Dr. Kenneth A. Lameier, who immediately diagnosed her cornea issue and started treatment. Due to his quick intervention she was able to fly back & continue the healing process without losing her vision. Dr. Lameier is very knowledgeable, courteous, caring and has a great sense of humor that eases your anxiety. Highly recommend him.
Megan was wonderful, needed better frames and picked out a Hurley frame. My insurance was excepted, my frames came in before they were due. Megan adjusted them and she was friendly and kind. Great customer service, will definitely come back.
Megan went above and beyond to help me get contacts ordered in time for my vacation. She stayed past closing time and was very helpful and kind. Very rare to see this level of customer service, she's great! EDIT: Read through other reviews, no surprise others mention her how great she is too!
Thank you to Michelle. She treated me with such kindness and knew her information. I felt so great when I left. She's terrific. I think my glasses will be beautiful and need them for work. You are lucky to have her. I was so relieved. She's a gem.
