I would give zero stars if I were able. I experienced the most wonderful service on November 19th, but tonight, both employees were absolutely terrible and I left in tears. Sadly, I have to go back one more time to pick up a second pair of glasses. If there were a way to transfer to another store, I would happily do so just so I never have to encounter these two individuals ever again.
