Had a great experience buying glasses here at the Glen Allen location. Super patient optician. He was thorough and so nice . Very good frame selection , reasonable prices. They take UHC/Spectera vision. Don't understand the bad reviews, I had a great visit and left so happy 🙂
A older lady lied to my face about them taking my insurance. When I was around the corner checking on my phone to see if it hasn't changed since it's been a year I heard her say some not nice things. O and yes they do take my insurance.
Terrible service, I arrived at 5:30pm and an older lady did not want to help me or sell me simple glasses. Very bad service.
There was no wait. The desk lady and the doctor were very nice! I was in and out within 20 minutes and happy with my experience!
