Many comments are about the customer service employees at the vision center. I personally found the staff at the Glen Allen location nice. However, the issue is that they send their glasses out to one of their labs either in Arkansas or Indiana where quality control is an issue. I dont have a difficult prescription. Initially the lab cut one lens improperly causing distortion in the peripheral area, impossible to wear. They were sent back to be redone . I went to the vision center this morning at 9am. The hours clearly showed on the website that it would be open at 9am. By 9:30 nobody had arrived to open it. Today is Labor Day but there was no notice either online or on the centers gate of a delayed opening. This leads me to conclude that your employees are simply unable to show up on time for their job. Had a great experience buying glasses here at the Glen Allen location. Super patient optician. He was thorough and so nice . Very good frame selection , reasonable prices. They take UHC/Spectera vision. Don't understand the bad reviews, I had a great visit and left so happy 🙂
