Getting my prescription glasses was a breeze. Blanca was very helpful and explained everything accordingly. I highly recommend Blanca, she's a lovely costumer service representative.
Came in with a glasses problem and fixed it with no hesitation and quickness
We were traveling through ElPaso when a screw came out if hubby's glasses, lense fell out. Screw was so tiny we could not see to repair. Stopped at Walmart Optical where technician reinsert screw, tightened all the other ones, declined payment, declined a tip for a cuppa joe. Great experience. Thank you girls!
