Veronica did a great job helping me with my glasses. Thanks a bunch
We just left the Vision Center... ask for Israel! He is the sweetest, most professional gentleman ever. To say he delivered excellent customer service is an understatement. He went above and beyond in assisting my mom with her glasses & insurance coverage.
I stood there for 20 minutes before anybody helped. They need better customer service. Some people only need a question answered. There was no structure in helping customers. They need some type of receptionist. Once they get to you, they are nice and helpful, but real customer service starts from the moment you get there. I hope they work on that.
