I stood there for 20 minutes before anybody helped. They need better customer service. Some people only need a question answered. There was no structure in helping customers. They need some type of receptionist. Once they get to you, they are nice and helpful, but real customer service starts from the moment you get there. I hope they work on that.

Great service and products! They offer smart eyeglasses and other eyeglasses with many features. The staff is great. Israel Caraballo, with his distinguished beard, is professional and knowledgeable. This is my third time with this vision center, and I will continue using them for my future eyeglass needs. This time, I got computer glasses, and they fit great. All fitted well out of the box without the need for additional adjustments. Wonderful style and price ranges.
