I have to say Nick and Carolina are the best. They have excellent skills of customer service. I doing my glasses there for them. I can go different places also I used to buy my glasses in other place without using my insurance just because in two or three hours I could get my glasses but Nick and Carolina where very helpful with me and the father of my babies, we went there different time also Nick not matter you speak Spanish he speaks in Spanish to help you. Dr. Boyle was the worst physician I have experienced. He had absolutely no patience. He was not friendly. I was being forced to make decisions during my eye exam. I was very disappointed with this experience.
Excellent experience!! This is my second time getting glasses here. Always outstanding service. Their prices are good and so is their selection of frames. There was a problem with my glasses, and Nick (the manager) went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was amicably resolved. John and Carolina were also very helpful. The entire staff was cordial and professional.
