Terrible, Dr and staff didn’t say a word that he didn’t take my insurance. They charged me for anti glair and didn’t say a word or ask me a question. Was all pretend nice say thanks for my service and crap but didn’t tell me anything about my insurance or ask about glair crap. Just terrible
I’ve been to the Walmart Vision Center four times now for my eyeglasses, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. They take the time to answer questions, explain options clearly, and make sure everything fits comfortably before you leave. The doctor is very good. He is thorough, patient, and attentive during the eye exam. He takes time to explain the results, checks your vision carefully, and makes sure you understand your prescription and eye health.
