This is an anomaly for me because I am typically not a fan of Walmart, but that is not a conversation for today. I went in planning on buying a little glasses repair kit for a screw that had popped out of the frame, but Roxanne helped me right away and fixed my glasses right there in just a couple minutes and even cleaned them! Super friendly and helpful!
Our daughter’s glasses broke, a lost screw, but our repair kit didn’t have one that fit. Roxanne in the vision center was able to find a screw which fit (it was an odd size apparently), and fixed the glasses free of charge.
Roxanne helped me so much with my glasses being to loose for my face, she was so accommodating and kind.
