We were traveling around Colorado and needed to get our glasses adjusted. Luckily, we had a warranty, and the lady who helped us was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick. We honestly thought the adjustment would take some time, but she had everything taken care of much faster than we expected. I made the comment to the eye center manager that she squinches her nose a lot when trying to focus or read something. That it was a bad look for the manager to have such poor fitting glasses. She agreed and so did one of the other girls working the department. This was my first experience with a Walmart eye center. The doctor was great, the process was easy, the glass selection surprised me, they weren’t particularly cheap, which made me feel like I was paying for quality. Ordering the glasses online was quick, convenient, and easy. However, all of that means nothing given I had to wait an hour in the lobby for someone else to get their glasses made from scratch. What should've been a quick visit in and then back out took far, far longer than it had any right to
