I went there to get an eye exam today (Saturday) and was told I needed an appointment and that the optometrist was off on weekends. I told Cherilyn as she handed me a card to call for an appointment that my glasses needed replacing because they had been stepped on. She offered to adjust them and went so far as to make my damaged glasses like new. Lucky for me they were not busy. Cherilyn was awesome! I went in to see if they would adjust frames that I bought elsewhere that were too big. The space was clean and the team was delightful.
I had a some spectacles that needed repaired. Rock star Roxanne was exceptional in expeditiously repairing my glasses and provided stellar customer service. The variety of spectacles and contact lenses with great customer service has always kept me coming back.
I just had my eyeglasses fixed today at Vision Center at Walmart Durango, Colorado. The gentleman named Benjamin assisted me and fixed my eyeglasses. He was accommodating and extremely helpful! He even cleaned my eyeglasses well! Thank you very much Mr. Benjamin for your help! Much appreciated!
