Unfortunately changing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars because I’m exhausted from dealing with the constant back and forth from the Walmart billing department and my insurance because they filed the claims wrong with my insurance and I repeatedly keep receiving an uncorrected bill from Walmart. I know it might not necessarily be the people who work here’s fault and they were all very nice even the doctor who performed my vision exam. I would not recommend ever going to this vision center. Doctor was great. Very professional and polite. The staff is very unprofessional, misleading with information, and very bad attitude. I have been going to this vision center for almost 15yrs. Every time was the same was the same miserable experience. I was not surprised to see many others customers that go to this vision center feel the same as i do. Also after leaving a review the manager went out of her way to call my phone to question me about the review I left.

I had a great experience at this Walmart vision center, As soon as I got there, they helped me so I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The doctor performing the exam himself was very kind and helpful and easy to talk to. I also had a great conversation with Melissa, She was very kind, And patient as I tried on, probably about 20 or more pairs of glasses just trying to find ones that I liked.
