I had a great experience at this Walmart vision center, As soon as I got there, they helped me so I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The doctor performing the exam himself was very kind and helpful and easy to talk to. I also had a great conversation with Melissa, She was very kind, And patient as I tried on, probably about 20 or more pairs of glasses just trying to find ones that I liked. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took my daughter here and doctor was definitely frustrated….that she couldn’t see (obviously that’s what we are at the eye doctor) and doctor struggled with the exam. Scheduled another appointment to retry. I called plenty days ahead of time (6 days) to reschedule second appointment. They refused to schedule my appointment with my daughters because of “doctors policy”. I have had appointments scheduled together before. Staff rude and doctor does NOT have patience for children. Timely, friendly, efficient. Wonderful compared to the experience of my prior eye doctor!
