They are extremely rude the BBB is going to get a call because these so called ladies need to think how they respond to customer on a phone call.. very rude and very unprofessional. They gave my daughter the wrong prescription so she been going around 6 months with the wrong prescription and I asked to talk to a supervisor and they denied access this is a horrible place with horrible customer service and their doctor needs to have their medical license terminated.
If there was an option for no stars I’d be giving that. Went in to see about getting new frames and have always gotten help. Was told today they don’t help with that. Which is weird because I’ve been helped before but was denied this time. They could definitely do better!

Had a great experience here! Bailey in particular at the Walmart Vision Center was incredibly helpful, making my visit seamless with her expertise and dedication. She went above and beyond to help, and got my contact lenses issue solved perfectly, all while keeping the process efficient and stress-free. Her outstanding service truly made a difference!
When I called to see about getting new lens for my glasses. Karen was very happy to help. She looked up my information and told me she could order new ones for me with no cost since they were still under warranty. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help you.
