Met Dr. John F. Backes. One of the most knowledgeable and lively spirited doctor I've met. Checkup took 15 mins, spent another 45 mins chatting lol. Totally and highly recommend. 🫡
My eye appointment went very smoothly after I made an appointment and Dr. Backed is very good at what he does. He asked the questions sort of fast but it was understandable and you could tell it was from years of experience. He answered my questions with detailed explanations and I really appreciated it. I wanted to give a shout out to Chester as well! Been Going Here Since Last Year Plan on Using Them For All My Future Glasses
For the love of god PLEASE update your hours! Every business does this it seems it says your open til 7 but you close at 6. Extremely annoying.For those of those that work and have to actually plan when to pick up our items.
Terribly phone communication they leave phone ring n don’t answer finally when they did she said we been busy really what kinda service u give to customers isn’t that how u make business w appts and etc wow I was in shock will definitely not go there anymore terrible customer service ! Need new employees!!
