Terribly phone communication they leave phone ring n don’t answer finally when they did she said we been busy really what kinda service u give to customers isn’t that how u make business w appts and etc wow I was in shock will definitely not go there anymore terrible customer service ! I have been a patient of Dr Backes for many years. He is absolutely the best and most professional optometrist. He is very thorough and a genuinely nice person. The entire staff is also top notch and very friendly.
Doctor Backes was the best eye doctor I've seen in my 30 years of wearing contacts and glasses! He took the time to explain how my eyes worked and the different options I had, as far as even letting me try them all. I won't go elsewhere from here on out. 5 s all day! Thanks Doc!
