When I called to schedule the lady on the phone was very rude and called me back 3 times with misinformation about my vision insurance not covering services. A second woman helped me, and she was polite.And what I thought seemed to be efficient. When i arrived, the exam was not even scheduled when i arrived! The fit me where an appointment was a no show, the Dr. was very quick, with nothing other than a prescription. Ive never had such terrible service. The staff who had helped choose and fit my glasses to my face are so sweet and helpful! And Dr. Standish is awesome, sense of humor and noticed i needed a different prescription than a visit I had at another optometrist in town, which helped me see so much better.

I had an amazing experience with Erin! She’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t want. She was attentive and listened to my concerns to help me find the best options that worked for me and my budget.

Very unprofessional doctor - cussed when talking about his kids, threw breath mints into his mouth when he walked in and took a huge gulp of water directly from a gallon jug on his desk. Also told me that my prescription hasn't changed much when I knew it had changed significantly. The staff wasn't very friendly either. You get what you pay for, I suppose. I was giving the benefit of the doubt for a Walmart vision center, but it was not good.
