Can't EVER get an appointment! They only schedule once a month, WHAT! By noon, they are filled, I was told to call back in another month and hope to get through in the morning!! This is a HORRIBLE scheduling process!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great experience. This Vision Center is exceptionally clean and well maintained. You can tell the employees take great pride in their store. The Dr. was very nice and helpful. The young ladies who helped me get checked in and pick my frames and lenses were kind, professional and very knowledgeable. The manager, Andie went above and beyond to assist me. Strong work!
I had such positive experience at the Eye Center at the Los Lunas Wal-Mart. Technician Andi was patient and great at explaining the features for my new glasses. I will recommend to my family and friends. Good job!
Doctor very rushed. Didn’t dilate my eyes or give a more thorough exam when specified in paperwork and paid for. Wouldn’t recommend if you actually care about getting a thorough exam of your eyes. Unprofessional at best.
