I have been going to this eye center for several years and never had a problem until yesterday. I just had an eye exam and got new glasses there a couple months ago. The coating started to wear off the new glasses. So bad that I could no longer see there them. I took them in yesterday. They took my glasses and my info for the warranty and was told they would call me when they were ready. A little while later, I received a call telling me that the "manager" said they would not warranty my new glasses. What? Why? I ran back up... read more
They helped a lot
The staff is so kind and helpful. Frames are so cheap compared to other places too! The cheapest pair they have here is $9 but I got a very nice pair for only $48. I’ve been to 4 vision centers in my life and this is easily the best one. They’re open long hours so it’s always convenient to find a time. They were able to get me in for an appointment very quickly as well. They were busy but the wait really wasn’t long at all, they kept it moving quickly.
