This vision center has the BEST customer service! Every time I go in there no matter who helps me they are so friendly and go beyond their job description to assist. Recently Amanda helped me get new frames, that are no long sold in the store, she found them on line so I didn't have to buy new sunglasses after my frame broke.

Walmart Vision Center and Dr. Archambeau are two different places. Walmart Vision Center was great, walked in with the paperwork from Dr. Archambeau's office and walked out 30 minutes later with glasses picked out. Was told we would have glasses in a week. Called back a week later and was told by someone obviously having a bad day, that it was a week to 10 days and I should wait.

My husband and I both needed new glasses. I called and they gave us an appointment right after each other in approximately one week. Staff as well as doctor were pleasant and knowledgeable. Would visit again when necessary.
