Got my glasses from them a month ago and one of the nose pieces fell off. Nick replaced it. It's all good now. Customer service through the roof, really helped me out.
Don't know what's going on with their glasses. The last 2 pair I've bought (no insurance, I've paid out my pocket) the lens keeping breaking. They keep breaking right where the frames go together. I've had them replace and still they break. If I had dropped them that would be a different story but everytime I get glasses there they break. Not be going back to them. This is bs.
This vision center has the BEST customer service! Every time I go in there no matter who helps me they are so friendly and go beyond their job description to assist. Recently Amanda helped me get new frames, that are no long sold in the store, she found them on line so I didn't have to buy new sunglasses after my frame broke.
Brenda helped my find frames and choose the lenses that are best for me. She was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend getting your glasses here.
