The doctor at this location is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Best eye exam I’ve ever had! The optical staff are all very very nice. I had my eye exam on a Monday and my glasses were ready by Friday!
My mom purchased a pair of glasses in February from them and took them back several times telling them that the handle was loose. They never took her serious. One time they claimed they tightened them for her but they were still loose. Fast forward to July and she was in the kitchen cooking when the handle broke. They fell off her face. She took them back asking for an exchange or to fix them. They told her she had to purchase a new pair. Well her insurance will not pay for another pair until February. I have tried to get glass on 2 different weekends and on a Friday afternoon and the vision center is closed! With no explanation! And you can’t seem to find out Why they are not open!
Totally worthless. They don’t have a doctor on staff to do an eye exam.
Brittany was great! Very helpful and went out of her way to help me!
