The vision center has improved ten-fold. I love the new hires . I had actually stopped going here years ago because it was not for me and my children . I heard there was a new Dr and decided to give it a go . My kids were more than happy with the Dr and his staff. Dave and Cali ( forgive me for sp ) helped my girls pick out cute frames they loved . They still politely informed me of price ranges and options covered by our insurance.

I've been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour cuz when I got here they were on break I keep calling about every ten minutes after being here for a half hour Edit: hour and a half later finally back
The new eye doctor is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out in a jiffy. They also have new management staff who are very friendly. I had a great experience and am very happy with the staffing changes. I will continue with this doctor and will recommend the vision center to others.
I went In there to get my glasses straightened and the lady ended up breaking my glasses saying there is nothing she can do about it. I was beyond pissed. That was my first time ever going there and will be my last.
