I was told this did not include a $3 copay for the insurance covered exam. They set me up with an appointment. I showed up on time and was informed they did not accept my Medicaid insurance (after telling me they did) and that I would have to pay a minimum of $60 dollars, or more, for the exam and that Medicaid would reimburse me.
