I waited for over a month for an appointment. Two days before the appointment the office called me to let me know they did not take my insurance. I gave them my insurance information when I made the appointment. The lack of respect for my time and the poor customer service is an indicator for me of general incompetence. The other poor reviews also supports this
Was told they were going to be open till 530 everyday. Left work early to get my glasses, got there at 10 minutes to 5 and they were closed. I will never go there again
This is my second time visiting this eye clinic. I filled out the online forms. I had to change my appointment. I received the online forms 2 more times and found my phone number had been changed to place my cell phone on both lines so they could send me texts. I had specifically left my number off the cell number slot to NOT receive texts. Next I entered for the appointment and was handed more online forms. I then went with a girl to start some pre tests.
