The manager was real nice but the employee was really unprofessional. I had informed him I wanted the complete basic lens for the regular frames and sunglass frames. I asked him to look up my account and put in the same lens as my last ones. After I received my glasses I was having a difficult time seeing near the bottom, it looked like 3d with red and a blue line always popping out. Diane Godinez, was very helpful and friendly today. Helping me order my new glasses, making sure I got a good deal and helping me decide which glasses fit my personality and face features. Loved the help she gave me. Definitely the best experience with ordering glasses
We've been coming to this location for years. Diana and her staff are always very patient with my children when it comes to picking out the right frames. They've seen my children grow up through out the years, and we always look forward to seeing her everytime. By far the best customer service. Thank you to Diana and her staff for always greeting us as if we are family.
