If I could, I would give 0 stars. I scheduled two appointments for my parents, and today the receptionists were rude, inattentive, and dismissive. However, when a man with insurance arrived, they were suddenly polite and even directed him to a chair. They spoke to him kindly, but completely ignored my parents. Their appointments were at 10:30 and 11:00, and they were never called. We will never come back to this place. Worst experience might as well close down the vision center.
Top tier customer service and staff. Dr. Aylesworth is not only professional but, personable. I’m extremely grateful for the care I was able to receive last minute. Highly recommend.
