Worst experience might as well close down the vision center.
Top tier customer service and staff. Dr. Aylesworth is not only professional but, personable. I’m extremely grateful for the care I was able to receive last minute. Highly recommend.
Such a great experience! Every associate was friendly, helpful and full of smiles. The optometrist was super patient with me as I (slowly) took the exam lol and soooo much fun to talk to. Not to mention the exam itself was very reasonably priced and I found an amazingly cute set of frames for only $90. They didn't take my blue cross blue shield insurance, but even without coverage it was totally affordable. I would definitely recommend coming here. Thanks guys!
I was charged $70 just for a trial pair of contacts! I’ve come here for years and my trial pair has always been free. Absolutely nothing was said to me about this charge until I had them in my eyes. I will NEVER be back!!! Please research other eye doctors before you go here, don’t be swindled like I was!…I’m very VERY irate about this!
The place itself is a real nice establishment. It's the optometrist there that should not b able to practice n her field of work with how she treated me. Because I couldn't afford another exam for my right eye, to discover the reason for its decrease n vision since last visit, on top of the $145 exam I currently was n and the $95 a box X2 for the contacts I would need I couldn't afford it and passed.
