I visited the optical department at Walmart in Port Coquitlam today to have my glasses adjusted, and I had an excellent experience. Four ladies were working there and they were all extremely professional, kind, and patient. They answered my questions carefully and provided very helpful advice about frames and adjustments. Even though I didn’t buy my glasses there, they fixed and adjusted them for me free of charge. I truly appreciate their friendly attitude and great customer service. I highly recommend that place.

I ordered my eyeglass frame and lenses from this branch about three months ago. The manager told me that my frame has a one-year warranty and that if anything happened to it, I could have it replaced without paying any cost. However, my frame was broken in an accident. When I went there today, the manager told me that this type of damage is not covered under the warranty, even though she had previously said otherwise.

I had such a great experience at Vision Care Center! I arrived almost at closing time because one of my contact lenses had torn, and I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement. The young woman who helped me was incredibly kind and patient, even though it was nearly time for them to close. She quickly helped me fill my prescription and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was impeccable and truly friendly.
