The staff were amazing, but Dr. Zheng was very rude and lacked manners when speaking to children. My six-year-old son, who has autism, was very uncomfortable during the appointment. Instead of being patient and understanding, Dr. Zheng made him feel scared while asking him to look in the mirror and read. Sold me turbo tax for 2023 in 2025 tax season.
Staff are super friendly doctor was quick and to the point was in and out pretty quick
I need 2 sets of stars. 5 stars for the staff. Very nice. 1 star for their anti scratch on lenses. I got two pair. Scratched terribly. Both. Replaced one pair Under warranty but just as bad. Both pair are nearly unwearable and only get 1 replacement within first year. I went back to my previous glasses that I wore for over 2 years without a scratch on them.
