Such a great team!
I have been trying to make an appointment for the past month or so this place is horrible the doctor tech does not call you back to schedule and the people in the vision center just give you the number to call and of course no answers or calls you back when I finally went in to talk to the tech she was rude and nonchalant and said that I never called. The doctor is always on vacation...will never come back here and will not recommend. Get better staffing or scheduling online if your only there 2 days a week.
I went to the Walmart Eye Center in Dunnellon on Father’s Day needing replacement eyeglasses after mine broke while checking fuses on my 1983 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. I called ahead and spoke with Rebekah, asking if they could sell me a frame off the shelf and fit my existing lenses. Despite it being a holiday, she not only answered the phone but saw me right away. She was incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very disappointed as a father who puts his kids first it took me a long time to save up money for these glasses just to get the wrong prescription And no help from Rebecca whatsoever very rude Pay attention to her phone more than the customers Could not answer my questions so pushed me off to another associate The only good part about it is I got most of my money back. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before spending my $600 there.
