Bertha was a sweetheart and very nice! And able to adjust my glasses, saving me a trip to Temple VA.
Happened to be in the store and remembered my glasses were constantly loose. Stopped by and asked Bertha if she could tighten them up for me. She warned me about what could happen and upon receiving my approval to "go ahead" she took them into the back room and brought them back to me, safe and sound. When I put them on I could feel the difference. "Snug as a bug." Great service and smiles all around. This is my "go to" place for glasses.
