I originally made an appointment here after being referred by a friend. Unfortunately, the day of my appointment there was heavy snow. I called ahead to ask if I could arrive a bit later since I needed time to shovel my car. The associate I spoke with, Cassie, was extremely rude and completely unaccommodating, despite the weather conditions. Her tone on the phone was nasty and unprofessional.
