Avoid this vision center!! My wife and I had our appointment on 12/27/2024 to get new pairs of glasses and we paid the full balance then. Now five months later on 04/28/2025, we both got bills saying we owed balance on our accounts! It took them five months to give you surprise bills. If they had sent us the bills earlier, we could have used our money in our flexible spending account to reimburse ourselves. While the front desk and showroom folks are fantastic, the doc giving the eye exam was extremely unprofessional, yelling at the mother for asking too many questions when the child clearly didn’t understand. The exam was abruptly ended when the doctor said she didn’t want to give the exam anymore stating she was not professional enough. I’ll still get my glasses there, the front office is fantastic. But I’ll get exams elsewhere.
I was in and out in 15 minutes, completely unsure of what I need to do next or if the perscription I got was any good for me. I would have liked a bit more time and explanation.
The staff at this vision center is AMAZING!! When buying my nephew glasses for the first time Marlene told me that having protection coverage would be beneficial because my nephew was young and new to having glasses so I trusted her professional opinion and added the protection. Well, thank god for her!! Ive needed to use it 3 times already lol The staff including Sheila and Karen have been nothing less than incredible!! They are kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help their customers!! I will definitely be ... read more
