Unfortunately, I had a disappointing encounter with customer support at this location. I experienced rudeness and found the agent to be incompetent in handling my request. Additionally, I had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time on hold, which felt like a waste of my valuable time. Mike is an amazing man. Reason I go to this location. That black manager is horrible. She yelled at all the staff and then myself for having to replace all tires, a decision which was made a week prior by another manager. Then she blamed me for needing the tires replaced using the warrenty. The wait time to get the process started is long. Mike makes it worth it with his cheerful personality. Remember this is the busiest Wal-Mart in all of Edmonton.
