the service was a joke I told the guy there i had a piece of metal in my tire but it wasn't leaking because I put fix a flat in it but I wanted the fix a flat cleaned out and the metal removed and the tire patched and rebalanced and I also wanted an oil change. after leaving work to drop it off and then leaving work again to pick it up when I got there they only charged me for an oil change and I asked why they didn't charge me for the tire repair, the guy told me the tire wasn't leaking and I told him I knew that and i had ... read more
I asked a mechanic to check my tires because I had a bad wobble while driving. He replaced one tire, but the wobble was still there. The next day I had Plaza Tire look at it. Come to find out, I was driving around with three bad tires. Disappointed in Walmart mechanics after this experience.
I've gotten my oil changed here for years. I've never had a bad experience. I never have issues with my car afterwards. It is what it is. Just an oil change. But the guys in the department right now are just the nicest and sweetest, most polite guys :) Very genuine people ❤️
I got an oil change here about a month ago. This month i went to change my oil myself and found that my drain plug was stripped on the time bottom half of the bolt. They never said a word to me about them stripping it when i picked it up so now im stuck with my truck sitting in my driveway until my drain repair kit comes in so i can fix their mistake
