I've gotten my oil changed here for years. I've never had a bad experience. I never have issues with my car afterwards. It is what it is. Just an oil change. But the guys in the department right now are just the nicest and sweetest, most polite guys :) Very genuine people ❤️
I got an oil change here about a month ago. This month i went to change my oil myself and found that my drain plug was stripped on the time bottom half of the bolt. They never said a word to me about them stripping it when i picked it up so now im stuck with my truck sitting in my driveway until my drain repair kit comes in so i can fix their mistake
I got here and I was next in line for an oil change, 3 or 4 on staff and two hours later I’m still waiting.. when they say next… you do the math smh..
I made an appointment to get an oil change & a couple new tires. They had everything done in about 35 minutes. There was a little mishap with my oil change but the younger gentleman, (I did not catch his name), completely took care of the issue and was super apologetic. As long as that employee works here, this is definitely my new spot to get my regular oil changes.
