Horrible horrible experience. My finance made an appointment last week to get my tires changed at 2 today. We prepaid for everything. We also paid for them to fix a flat tire. I stayed home with our kids while we went to get the tires changed. After 2 hours, they finally got my car done only to find out that THEY ONLY FIXED THE FLAT TIRE!! They had my car for 2 hours and my fiancé waited for 2 hours for a flat tire! If he didn’t check the tires when he got the car back, we would have been driving away with no new tires even ... read more
