They never answer their phone, EVER!! Bought some tires there and they said they couldn't warranty one of them. They said it was because the vin THEY entered into THEIR system didn't match my car!! We all have to multi-task at work, answer the phone.
What should have been a simple tire change turned out to be a mission. We couldn't find our tire lock and after going to 2 different auto parts stores we finally found one. Chris was so patient with us throughout the entire process. Thank God for him. Wish we could give him more than 5 star's. He's an amazing person. I hope Walmart appreciates and values him as much as we do.

Everyone from the crew in the service area to the Manager (Andi) were so accommodating to my situation. I ordered the wrong tires. They put my spare on because one tire was leaking.
They want you to call to change an appointment yet when you do so nobody answers the phone and there isn't a voicemail.
