Everyone from the crew in the service area to the Manager (Andi) were so accommodating to my situation. I ordered the wrong tires. They put my spare on because one tire was leaking.
They want you to call to change an appointment yet when you do so nobody answers the phone and there isn't a voicemail.
Walmart Auto care has terrible service, mechanics works so slow, who stretch a 20-minute job into 2 hours. But mechanic named Nick, very rude and disrespectful. , While I was trying to wait for my service for an hour, during this time, three other clients left without waiting for their overdue appointment. I'm not recommended this location.
Nick did a great job with my tire replacements! He gave solid advice ahead of the appointment, and I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism.
