My husband came here to get glasses & has had nothing but problems, given wrong information & was treated badly. His 1st visit he didn't get to pick the frames he wanted the guy picked out a pair that my husband didn't like, they weren't comfortable on him & of course was one of the most expensive frames. He was also told that it would be $80 after coverage was paid from benefits but then was told $180 when he went to pick up glasses which was 2nd visit. Heartfelt Thanks to the Staff and Doctor Honestly, I want to extend my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to every single member of the staff; you are all so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. As for the ophthalmologist, he is a truly wonderful person in every sense of the word. He has such a big heart and a welcoming approach when dealing with both children and adults. Most importantly, his humanity truly touches the soul. Thank you all so very much for everything you do. Thanks for helping my son yesterday.
Apparently, according to store manager Ray-Ban stopped putting the logo on the prescription glasses . When confronted about the fact that that’s not true , he started making up a bunch of stories . Basically , in my opinion they’re putting cheap lenses on the glasses and charging the same price as if they were Ray-ban . Sounds like some sort of scam to me . Avoid this place . I got the same pair of prescription glasses at Lens Crafters with the Ray-Ban logo and surprisingly were 7 bucks cheaper. Returning my fake Ray-Bans to... read more

I went in there to get my free nose pads replaced on my glasses and the service was excellent, fast and efficient. Will definitely be going back.
