Walmart RX employees need to be given better training. They don’t know what their supposed Walmart+ free delivery can do. I was given incorrect information when I first called. I was then put on hold for half an hour when I called again. I’m seriously thinking about going to CVS instead.
I went to return two items which my son(5yrs) ordered in the app packages they are not even opened, staff are very attitude people not accepting the items and suggesting me to return with UPS, but customer care agent mentioned we can return in any Walmart. Thumbs down from my side.
