Nothing worked
I order one hour printing, I get an email stating it's not ready. Thats fine I can wait, 2 days later I'm trying to find out if they're ready because I havnt recieved an email stating if they're ready or not. I go there, get attitude from the employee who was helping me and then they tell me they've been out of ink for 2 weeks and that they couldn't give me a refund that I'll have to contact someone else. I ordered cards to be picked up in the store. The cards were nicely printed however the bag with the printed invites didn’t have any envelopes. When I asked if I could have some envelopes they told me they were out and that envelopes were “actually complimentary” so they didn’t need to give me any. If I wanted some I was told I needed to wait 30 minutes in order to talk to a manager. When I ordered my cards online the purchase included envelopes. Next time I will spend a little more and choose a different company to purchase... read more
