I honestly though that I wouldn't be allowed to retrieve the documents I was looking for, and certainly a fee would be applied. The documents were supplied immediately without hesitation or fee, Rene went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I have spent hundreds at other stores and not experienced this kind of customer care.
Always very professional and amazingly efficient. Very helpful with answering any and all questions. Witnessed how extremely patient they were with a horribly abusive customer. Not so sure I would have handled it so well.
