The time for picking up does not make sense! It took more than one hour for two creams. The prescription stated 2 boxes of cream but after an hour of waiting, they gave us one, which was obviously their mistake! They asked us to wait for the other box. It was a pre-packed cream, and doesn’t make any sense to take 1 hour and 15 minutes to prepare for the pickup. Even morse, no apologies for their mistake and the long wait. Very disappointing!
This pharmacy’s delivery system is a complete failure and very UNRELIABLE! Every time I order delivery through their app, it does not get delivered. I always have to call and remind them that it was supposed to be a delivery in the first place. I don’t drive, which is why I rely on delivery, a service they claim to offer for free. Yet their system is so unorganized that I still end up having to pick up my medication myself after following up specially on a weekend which uses extra time and more money spent!
