Pharmacy staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Weekdays during the day is always the busiest time in a pharmacy and dispensary staff is top notch! I would 100% recommend this pharmacy. The OTC (over the counter) is almost always in stock and has a wide variety of selection including vitamins, herbals, and nutritional supplements.
The staff is rude. I call for refill. The connect is bad. Just ask one more time she is intolerant. Repeat And hung out the phone loudly.
Took over an hour to be told that they didn't have the meds I was prescribed I had to tell them to give me different mg capsuls of what stock they had and when they agreed they made me get the signature from the doctor to approve it the whole process wasted almost 2 hours and at the end of it I only got half my script
The time for picking up does not make sense! It took more than one hour for two creams. The prescription stated 2 boxes of cream but after an hour of waiting, they gave us one, which was obviously their mistake! They asked us to wait for the other box. It was a pre-packed cream, and doesn’t make any sense to take 1 hour and 15 minutes to prepare for the pickup. Even morse, no apologies for their mistake and the long wait. Very disappointing!
